Silvana Marchese

Silvana Marchese is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in technology and organizational development. Currently serving as an Engineering & Technology Operations Project Manager at BMO Financial Group since May 2005, Silvana manages key infrastructure, business, and technology projects while aligning them with strategic objectives and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Previously, Silvana worked at Tarion Warranty Corporation from September 1997 to May 2005 as a Consultant in project management and leadership development, focusing on corporate training programs to enhance motivation and retention. Additionally, Silvana served as the IT Learning Development Lead at the Ontario Securities Commission from December 1982 to September 1997, where responsibilities included defining business requirements and sustaining relationships with executive stakeholders. Silvana holds a degree from York University.
