Stephanie L. Willette, MBA, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various organizations. Currently serving as HR Business Partner and Vice President at BMO Financial Group since 2021, Stephanie has previously held the position of Assistant Vice President at Marsh McLennan from 2018 to 2021. Prior roles include Human Resources Generalist at Norwood Crossing (2016-2018) and JRS-I & Associates (2012-2016).
