Yan Gu

Yan Gu is a seasoned professional specializing in artificial intelligence and analytics with extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Director of North American Generative Artificial Intelligence and the Director of Canadian Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence at BMO since November 2017, Yan has also held various roles in advanced analytics, including Senior Manager and Data Scientist positions. Prior experience includes roles at TELUS as a Senior Performance Analyst, Shaw Communications as a Digital Research Analyst, and Rogers Communications as an Analytics Specialist. Yan holds a Master's degree in Management Analytics from Queen's University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from Communication University of China.
