Yong Yang, CPA, CMA, has extensive experience in operational risk management, currently serving as Manager of Capital and Analytics - Operational Risk at BMO Financial Group since April 2016. Prior to this role, Yong Yang held the position of Manager, Operational Risk at Home Trust Company from 2014 to 2016, and worked as Senior Analyst in Operational Risk Management at RBC from 2011 to 2014. Yong Yang's career began as an Analyst in Enterprise Risk Management at Toronto Hydro from 2010 to 2011.
