Yoshit Rastogi

Yoshit Rastogi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk initiatives and portfolio management at BMO Financial Group since 2007. Currently serving as Director of Risk Initiatives and Portfolio Management, Yoshit leads cross-functional workstreams focused on efficiency and simplification within Credit Risk and Lending, while also overseeing audit engagements and managing a team of over 25 analysts. Previous roles include Vice President/Director of Corporate and Commercial Credit, where loans were adjudicated across various sectors, and Vice President of Capital Markets, providing oversight on investment securities and leading audit reviews. Additionally, Yoshit has served as a Guest Lecturer at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, specializing in International Risk Management. Yoshit holds an MBA in Risk Management and Corporate Finance from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
