Simon Evans

Simon Evans is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a robust background in global recruitment. Currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at BMS Group since December 2023, Simon has previously held key positions including Talent Acquisition Manager - Interim at IQUW and Head of International Talent Acquisition at AIG, where responsibilities encompassed all recruitment activities across various international regions. Simon's career also includes senior roles at ArgoGlobal, QBE Insurance, MoneyGram International, and Carlisle Managed Solutions, focusing on building talent acquisition functions and managing recruitment processes across Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and Africa. Simon began in the recruitment industry as a Senior Recruitment Consultant serving the Investment Management and Private Equity sectors. Education was completed at Langley Park School for Boys from 1989 to 1995.
