Kendall Messner

Kendall Messner has extensive experience in talent acquisition and executive recruitment, spanning over two decades. Kendall served as Senior Managing Partner at Bluespeed, Inc. from February 2001 to December 2011, where leadership and strategic execution of high-level placements were primary responsibilities. Following this, Kendall worked as Executive IT Services Sales Recruiting Leader at Cognizant Technology Solutions from December 2011 to June 2018, filling senior sales positions at one of the world’s fastest-growing IT services firms. Currently, Kendall is the Global Head of the Executive and Strategic Talent Acquisition Team at UST, leading a talented team of recruiters and implementing strategic talent acquisition initiatives. Earlier in the career, Kendall toured the U.S. as a headlining stand-up comedian, showcasing a routine crafted from memorable characters and insightful anecdotes. Educational attainment includes degrees in English and Theater Arts from the University of Oregon and Western Oregon University, along with a high school diploma from Marshfield High School.
