Jeffrey Pallozzi

Jeffrey Pallozzi has extensive experience in operational risk management and REO asset management. Jeffrey currently works at BankMobile as the Vice President Banking Operational Risk Officer. Prior to that, they worked at SunTrust as the Vice President of Operational Risk Management, where they led a team of risk analysts, implemented process improvements, and achieved $8MM in annualized savings. Jeffrey also held the position of Vice President of Corporate Advance Governance & Loss Analysis at SunTrust, where they developed a corporate advance governance framework and improved transparency in loss trends. In addition, they have experience as an REO Manager and an REO Asset Manager, where they drove improvements in net recovery rates and developed end-to-end processes for maximizing recovery with minimal expenses. Before joining SunTrust, they worked at Keystone Asset Management, Inc. as an REO Asset Manager.

Jeffrey Pallozzi attended Penn State University from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Jeffrey also holds additional certifications in Operational Risk Management from the American Bankers Association, obtained in May 2019, and Fraud Prevention, obtained in March 2018.
