Michelle Wormald has significant work experience in various roles at different companies. Michelle started their career at Glazier Medical Centre as a Lab Tech from 1990 to 1997. Michelle then worked at BMW Group Canada as an Account's Payable from 2001 to 2003.

In 2003, Michelle joined BMW Group Financial Services Canada and held multiple roles throughout their tenure. Michelle started as a Funding Administrator, responsible for ensuring prompt payment and maintaining relationships with retailers. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as an Accounts Payable, handling financial transactions. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of a Dealer Systems Analyst, focusing on optimizing dealership operations. Later, they became a Senior Risk Analyst, where they assessed and managed risks for the company. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Project Analyst, utilizing their expertise to analyze projects.

In addition to their corporate experience, Michelle also served as the Director of Girls Lacrosse at Whitby Minor Lacrosse from 2006 to 2012.

Michelle Wormald attended Seneca College from 1987 to 1990, where they obtained a degree in Biological Chemical Technology with a focus on Science. Additionally, Michelle attended Durham College to pursue an Accounting Diploma, although the duration of this program and the year of completion are not provided.
