Daniela Freudenthaler

Daniela Freudenthaler serves as the Head of HR Planning & Steering for BMW Group UK entities at BMW Financial Services (GB) Ltd since May 2023. With a career at BMW (UK) Trustees Limited since November 2013 as a Trustee Director and Manager of Strategy & Targets for Compensation & Benefits in Region Europe, Daniela has cultivated extensive expertise in HR management. Previous roles include HR Management Consultant, HR Advisor, and BMW Graduate Trainee at BMW Group Financial Services from August 2006 to October 2013. Initial experience in the industry includes internships at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars and Roedl & Partner, along with a role as a Market Researcher at GfK. Daniela holds a CIPD Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management from Farnborough College of Technology and a Master's Degree in International Business Law from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
