Jo Elphick

Jo Elphick has an extensive professional background in administrative support and risk management within the automotive and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as PA to the CFO at BMW Financial Services (GB) Ltd since January 2022, Jo previously held the position of PA to the Chief Executive Officer at Alphabet (GB) Ltd from September 2016 to January 2022. Jo's earlier roles at BMW (UK) Ltd included Insurance and Risk Manager and Insurance and Risk Executive, as well as support roles for the Insurance and Risk Manager. Jo's career began with administrative roles, including PA to the Finance Director at BMW UK and PA to the Managing Director at Macdonald Hotels. Jo holds a Cert CII from The Chartered Insurance Institute and a BA Hons in Modern Languages from the University of Southampton.
