Marcin Maciążek is an Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering and currently serves as the Head of Technical Unit for EV & Industrial at BMZ. With over 15 years of industrial R&D leadership, Marcin specializes in lithium-ion battery innovation, driving projects from concept to production and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Previously, Marcin led the Control Systems Department at the Łukasiewicz Research Network, where they focused on electric motor control systems. Marcin also has a PhD in Electrotechnics from the Silesian University of Technology, where they contributed to both academic research and industrial applications.
