Baylee Less-Eiseman

Baylee Less is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development, community engagement, and content creation. Currently serving as the Director of Development at Memphis Jewish Home & Rehab since February 2022, Baylee previously worked as a Grants and Development Writer at Youth Villages. Experience also includes roles as Guest Contributor at Memphis Tourism, Community Engagement Director at Temple Israel Memphis, and Programs Associate at Kemmons Wilson Family Foundation. Educational background consists of a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from The University of Sheffield, a Jewish Studies degree from the University of Maryland, and ongoing pursuit of a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing at The University of Memphis.
