Connie E. is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the culinary and construction sectors. As the founder and CEO of Mexican Food Tours since June 2012, Connie E. has established a leading food tour and cooking class company in Mexico City, showcasing the region's rich culinary heritage. Concurrently, since 2002, Connie E. has been a co-owner of Grupo Rexa, a family-owned business focused on constructing and selling industrial properties to AAA companies in Mexico. Previous experience includes marketing roles at BBVA en México from 2008 to 2011 and a senior consulting position at Deloitte in 2005. Connie E. holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Public Policy from The London School of Economics, a Master's in Internet Business from ISDI, an MBA from IPADE Business School, a Diploma in Media Management from IME Business School, and a BA in Political Sciences from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
