Dan Collins has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Dan started their career at Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager from 1991 to 1997. Dan then joined US Bank as a Process Integration Manager/Division CFO from 1997 to 2000. Following that, they worked at RBC Dain Rauscher as an SVP Controller from 2000 to 2004. Dan then moved to MoneyGram International, Inc. as a VP Audit from 2004 to 2008, and later as an SVP Treasurer from 2008 to 2011. Finally, they joined BNC National Bank as the Chief Financial Officer from 2013 to 2020 and is currently serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer since July 2020.
Dan Collins graduated from Connecticut College in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Government Majors. Dan then pursued a Masters of Science degree in Professional Accounting at the University of Hartford from 1986 to 1987. In 1993, Dan obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant, although it is currently not active.
