Michael Laitman has extensive work experience in founding and leading organizations dedicated to promoting unity, love, and education. Michael served as the Founder & President of Bnei Baruch, a movement of approximately 2 million students worldwide, where they presented genuine Kabbalah sources in a contemporary style. Michael also founded and served as the President of the ARI Institute, which aimed to enhance unity and solidarity among individuals and nations in the 21st century. Both organizations focused on promoting a proactive and optimistic approach to achieving global transformation.
Michael Laitman obtained a Professor degree in Ontology and Theory of Knowledge from the Highest Interdisciplinary Academic Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation. Michael also earned a PhD in Philosophy and Kabbalah from the Moscow Institute of Philosophy at the Russian Academy of Sciences. Additionally, they hold an MSc degree in Medical Bio-Cybernetics from St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University.

Bnei Baruch is a diverse movement of approximately 2 million students worldwide. In recent years, the group has grown into a movement engaged in voluntary educational projects, presenting genuine Kabbalah sources in contemporary style. The essence of the message disseminated by Bnei Baruch is unity of the people, unity of nations, and love of others. Michael Laitman, Professor of Ontology and Theory of Knowledge, PhD in Philosophy and Kabbalah, and MSc in Medical Bio-Cybernetics, established Bnei Baruch in 1991, following the passing of his teacher, Rav Baruch Shalom HaLevi Ashlag (The Rabash).
