With a strong focus on training and speaking, Dawne merges a passion for networking with a commitment to helping others succeed. In addition to leading BNI, Dawne is the Owner of EnrichU, offering professional and personal development workshops since 1996, and also operates Gulla Group, Ltd., engaging in various entrepreneurial ventures, including professional speaking on business, sales, and relationships. Dawne has been an active member of Toastmasters International since 1994 and served as a Managing Partner at the Enterprise Meeting Center until 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Housing Specialist in the U.S. Navy from 1977 to 1996.
