Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship, nutrition, and compliance. Since August 2020, Mariana has served as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care and environmental products. Additionally, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also served as a university lecturer at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and food history. Mariana holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
