Isabella Naibaho

Isabella Naibaho has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to present. Isabella began their career as a Research Intern at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk., where they provided support in operational documentation. From 2006 to present, Isabella has been working at BNI Life, initially as a Claims Settlement Officer, responsible for preparing daily settlement instructions for health claims. Isabella then progressed to the role of Financial Controller - Assistant Manager for Settlement Operational & Investment, where they handled daily settlement standing instructions for various investment transactions. Currently, as the Head of Settlement Operational & Investment Department, Isabella monitors day-to-day settlement procedures to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and relevant resolutions. In 2019, Isabella also worked as a Due Diligence Consultant, handling financial due diligence and monitoring transaction activities for client bank accounts, account payables/receivables, and tax reconciliation.

Isabella Naibaho completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Strategic Management from Gajah Mada University in the years spanning 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Economics with a specialization in Accounting from Jayabaya University between 2002 and 2005.
