Wigih Laksana Yudha

Wigih Laksana Yudha has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Wigih started their career as a Lippo Insurance Management Trainee, where they focused on maintaining existing clients and handling complaints. Wigih then worked at PT AIA Financial, where they were involved in new business acquisition projects and analyzing new business processes. Wigih later joined PT Administrasi Medika as a Client Services Senior Executive, where they continued to maintain existing clients and handle complaints. Wigih then served as an Assistant Manager of EBD Direct at PT Avrist Assurance, where they created strategies for direct sales and trained corporate account executives. After that, they worked as a Group Health Business Development Manager at PT Great Eastern Life, focusing on business development and sales management. Wigih then joined PT Tokio Marine Life Insurance Indonesia as a Group Client Relations Manager, where they coordinated with the head of Group Operations to develop an efficient CR operational system and provide excellent services to Japanese companies in Indonesia. Currently, Wigih is working at BNI Life as the Head of Japan Desk and Alternative Distribution Employee Benefits Open Market, responsible for creating sales strategies and achieving sales targets for the Japanese company segment.

Wigih Laksana Yudha completed their primary education at SDN Waru I, Sidoarjo, from 1991 to 1996. They then attended SLTPN 1 Sidoarjo from 1996 to 1999. They later enrolled in SMU Negeri 1 Sidoarjo from 1999 to 2002. Finally, they pursued a degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology/Technician at Universitas Airlangga from 2002 to 2006, earning a Sarjana Kesehatan Masyarakat degree.
