Tonya Acha is currently the Area Director at BNI Global, where they manage 60 chapters and over 1,100 members, successfully launching multiple chapters, including during the pandemic. As a coach at TAC Coaching and Training, Tonya has guided over 30 clients to achieve significant revenue growth and improved employee engagement. They are also the founder of Metro Publishing and have extensive experience in relationship marketing across various organizations. Tonya's past roles include managing positions at Macy's and as a franchise owner of the Referral Institute Michigan, where they fostered entrepreneurial growth and collaboration.
