Bela Spanjar

Bela Spanjar is an accomplished communication professional with extensive experience in internal communications, currently serving as the Global Head of Internal Communication at BNP Paribas Asset Management since April 2010. In this role, Bela has developed and executed strategic communication plans, managed change communications, and provided advisory support to the Executive Committee. Prior to this position, Bela held various roles at Fortis Investments and ABN AMRO, overseeing communication strategies, managing newsletters, and coordinating company-wide communication initiatives. Educational qualifications include Master's degrees in English from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and the University of Reading, along with additional training at SRM.
