Marnix Arickx

Marnix Arickx is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in the asset management sector. Currently serving as the CEO of BNP Paribas Asset Management France, Belgian branch, and Managing Director, Local CEO since April 2012, Marnix leads the management and advisory of EUR 580 billion in assets. Marnix held the position of President at BEAMA from June 2017 to June 2020, actively promoting the asset management profession in Belgium. Previous roles include Managing Director and Head Fund Engineering at BNP Paribas Investment Partners, where Marnix oversaw significant fund integration and development activities, and various leadership roles at Fortis Investments. Marnix began a career in finance as an Investment Strategist at Generale Bank. Marnix holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago and a Licentiate degree from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
