Mathieu Hernu

Mathieu Hernu is a seasoned financial professional currently serving as a Senior Financial Engineer in Structured Funds & Systematic Strategies at BNP Paribas Asset Management since January 2024. Prior to this role, Mathieu was the Head of Valuation Control & Analytics at Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking from December 2020 to January 2024 and worked as an Audit Manager in Global Markets at Bank of America from November 2019 to December 2020. Mathieu also held the position of Head of Structured Portfolio Management at Lyxor AM, Société Générale, for nearly a decade. Additional experience includes a tenure as a Lecturer in Finance at Sciences Po and working as a Quantitative Analyst in Banking Supervision at Banque de France. Mathieu holds a Master's degree in Economics from Ecole normale supérieure and a Master's degree in Quantitative Economics from the Paris School of Economics.
