Morgane Pelletier

Morgane Pelletier currently serves as the Deputy Head of the International & Financial Law team at BNP Paribas Asset Management Europe since July 2023, having held various legal positions within the company since September 2015, including Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel in the Mandates & Distribution team. Morgane has expertise in market contracts, derivatives, digital assets, investment management, advisory services, GDPR compliance, distribution, and international setups. Additionally, Morgane is a member of the Blockchain & Digital Assets Shared Service Center at BNP Paribas since July 2022 and has previously worked as a Legal Adviser in banking and financial law from March 2008 to September 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master I in Business Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, a Master 2 in Banking and Wealth Law from Aix-Marseille University, and a certificat in Legal English from the University of Paris I.
