Steven Xu

Steven Xu is a seasoned professional in the finance and investment sectors, currently serving as a Business Coordinator and Sales Assistant at BNP Paribas Asset Management since February 2025, where responsibilities include expanding business in China, client engagement, and project coordination. Prior experience includes an Associate role in the Investment Banking Department at China International Capital Corporation, focusing on the New Energy Industry and participating in multiple IPO projects. Previous internships span companies such as Mckinsey & Company and the China Development Bank, where Steven developed expertise in financial analysis, risk management, and project development. Steven holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Urban Management from Nankai University, complemented by an exchange program at the University of Glasgow.
