Patrycja Bytner

Patrycja Bytner possesses extensive experience in IT analysis and risk system development, currently serving as Lead IT Analyst at BNP Paribas Bank Polska since June 2021 after progressing through roles including Senior IT Analyst and IT Analyst. Prior to this, Patrycja worked at Alior Bank S.A. from July 2014 to May 2021, where responsibilities included Business Development Specialist and Squad Leader for project teams, overseeing critical business systems and supporting project budgeting and scheduling. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Economy and Finance from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and two Master's degrees from the University of Warsaw in Internal Security and Financial, Accounting and Insurances. Previous internships include roles at the Centre for Political Analysis of the University of Warsaw and TVP Polish Television.
