Paulina Skrzypinska

Paulina Skrzypinska has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Paulina has been a Board Member at Endeavor Poland since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at BNP Paribas Bank Polska in multiple roles including Chief Innovation Officer, Innovation Lab Coordinator, and Manager in the Digital Transformation Department. Paulina was also a Member of the Expert Group on Technological Transformation at the Polish Financial Sector Competence Council. Additionally, Paulina has served as a Guest Lecturer at the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw, Akademia Leona Kozminskiego, Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, and School of Form. Paulina has also been a Mentor at Tech Leaders and held positions at helfi - medtech startup and SpeedUp Venture Capital Group.

Paulina Skrzypinska completed their postgraduate studies at Poznan University of Economics And Business in 2011-2012. Paulina then pursued their MA degree at Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu from 2008-2010, followed by a BA degree from the same institution from 2007-2010. Currently, they are studying the French language at Institut Français de Pologne, starting in 2022.
