Pawel Ryszawa

Pawel Ryszawa has extensive work experience in the compliance and risk management field. Pawel started their career as a Plenipotentiary of the Board at Computer Service Support S.A., where they supervised sales to key customers and managed sales and projects in multiple branch offices. Pawel then worked at Bank Millennium S.A. as a Senior Expert, specializing in procurement and outsourcing, and was responsible for suppliers selection and negotiations. At Raiffeisen Polbank, Pawel served as a Compliance Risk and Outsourcing Manager, where they designed and implemented internal control systems and authored compliance policies and procedures. Pawel also held the roles of Outsourcing Manager, Compliance Officer, and E&S Officer at the bank. Currently, Pawel is employed at BNP Paribas Bank Polska as the Head of Compliance Control and Risk Management, where they are responsible for establishing and managing the Compliance Permanent Control framework and ensuring compliance risk management.

From 2002 to 2007, Pawel Ryszawa attended WIT Academy, where they earned a MSc. Eng. degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Cybernetics.
