Piotr Konieczny

Piotr Konieczny has had extensive work experience in the banking sector. Piotr is currently the Chief Financial Officer at BNP Paribas Bank Polska. Prior to this, they served as the CFO at Ukrsibbank and as an Advisor to the CFO at BNP Paribas. From 2012 to 2018, they held the role of CFO, Member of the Management Board at Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A., where they successfully led various projects and achieved significant cost reductions. Throughout their career, they have also served on the supervisory boards of Raiffeisen Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. and Raiffeisen-Leasing Polska S.A. Prior to their roles at Raiffeisen Bank Polska, Piotr Konieczny worked at Pekao S.A. as a Market Risk Controller in the Treasury Department.

Piotr Konieczny obtained a Master's degree in Economics from Uniwersytet Szczeciński from 1990 to 1994. Piotr then pursued a PhD in Banking from SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 1998 to 2000. Piotr later attended Harvard Business School's Leadership Academy from 2004 to 2005. In addition, they have also obtained certifications in Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies from Emeritus in 2023 and as an International Certified Coach from the International Coaching Community in 2018.
