Przemek Gdanski

Przemek Gdanski has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Przemek began their career at GE Capital Bank S.A. in 1991 as a Planning & Development Manager. Przemek later joined IBP Bank S.A. and served as a Commercial Officer - Team Manager. In 1995, they joined ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and held various positions, including Vice President, Head of Corporate & Correspondent Banking Team and Corporate Vice President, Head of Corporate Banking. Przemek briefly served as the CEO & General Director at Credit Agricole CIB before joining Bank BPH S.A. as Deputy CEO, responsible for Corporate Banking & Commercial Real Estate Financing. In 2007, they joined Bank Pekao S.A. as Deputy CEO in charge of Corporate Banking, Markets & Investment Banking. From 2008 to 2017, they worked at mBank S.A. as Deputy CEO/Vice President of the Management Board, Head of Corporate & Investment Banking and later as Deputy CEO/Vice President of the Management Board, Head of Corporate Banking. In 2017, they joined BNP Paribas as Territory Head Poland and later took on the roles of Acting CEO, Vice President of the Management Board and currently serves as the CEO & President of Management Board of BNP Paribas Bank Polska. Throughout their career, Przemek Gdanski has achieved significant financial results, managed various teams, and made notable contributions to the growth and success of the organizations they have worked for.

Przemek Gdanski has a diverse education history with a focus on executive education and professional development. Przemek completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at IESE Business School in 2011-2012. In 2013, they attended Harvard Business School for the Authentic Leadership Development Program. Przemek furthered their education at the Columbia Business School in 2019 with the Leading Strategic Growth and Change program. In 2016, they participated in the Executive Education, High Impact Leadership program at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. In 2018, they completed the Executive Program at Singularity University. In 2021, they attended IE Business School for the Sustainabity: Your Competitive Advntage program. In 2017, they focused on Influencing Strategies and Skills at Hult Ashridge. Przemek also participated in the Leading Organisations in Disruptive Times (Premium Journey) program at INSEAD from 2020 to 2021. Przemek Gdanski holds a Master of Science (MSc.) degree in Economics from the University of Gdansk, which they obtained in 1991. Przemek has further certifications in Leading Digital Transformation from Wharton Executive Education and Integrating Income and Impact from INSEAD Executive Education, obtained in 2022 and 2023 respectively.
