Luciano Benicio

Luciano Benicio currently serves as Diretor Comercial Bancassurance at BNP Paribas Cardif since December 2020, leading the implementation and management of bancassurance partnerships with traditional and digital banks. Previously, Luciano held several executive positions at Santander Brasil, including Superintendente Executivo de Seguros, Capitalização, Consórcio e AutoCompara, where oversight of business lines generated over R$ 4 billion annually, and Superintendente de Pricing de Empréstimos, responsible for retail loan pricing and portfolio profitability. Earlier career experiences include roles at Oi, Embratel, Claro Brasil, and Shell Brasil Ltda., contributing to pricing strategies and product development. Luciano's educational background includes an Executive Education in Artificial Intelligence from UC Berkeley and multiple degrees in risk management and engineering from prominent Brazilian institutions.
