Previously, Flynn held key positions including Group Internal Audit Manager at Zurich Insurance, Director of Internal Audit and Risk Management Services at Zenith Audit UK, and Risk and Controls Champion at Aegon. With extensive experience in leading audits, enhancing governance practices, and managing complex risk frameworks, Flynn has consistently demonstrated expertise across various organizations, including HSBC, Prudential UK, and Janney Montgomery Scott. Flynn holds a Master's degree in Management from Troy University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
