Danny O'Connor

Danny O'Connor has over 17 years of experience in IT service management and delivery, with a strong focus on production IT support. O'Connor served as the Head of UK IT Production Services at BNP Paribas Securities Services from June 2008 to July 2013, overseeing various IT teams including Service Management and IT Security. Currently, O'Connor holds the position of Head of UK IT Service Delivery, managing UK Application support and Service Management teams. Prior experience includes a Technical Account Manager role at Pershing, where responsibilities included servicing top clients and addressing IT service issues, alongside a similar role at Pershing Ltd for 12 years.
