Frances Tobin is an experienced professional in transformation and change management within the HR sector. Currently serving as the Head of Transformation & Change Management RISK HR at BNP Paribas since September 2017, Frances previously held various positions at Jaguar Land Rover, including Project Process and Change Consultant for SAP Concur and Operational Deployment Lead for SAP SuccessFactors. Frances also worked at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd as an HR Business Partner and HR Advisor, providing comprehensive HR support across manufacturing and commercial functions. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Recruitment Consultant at K2 Recruitment Ltd. Frances earned an MA with Distinction in Industrial Relations and Managing Human Resources from the University of Warwick and a LLB Hons from the University of Liverpool.
