Kevin Abraszek

Kevin Abraszek is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of HR Change and Transformation at BNP Paribas since March 2017, Kevin leads critical HR initiatives related to business expansion, location strategy, and employee experience. Previously, Kevin held several roles at BNP Paribas, including Director of HR Change & Transformation and Director of HR Business Partners, where responsibilities included centralizing Employee Relations and enhancing HR strategic partnerships. Prior to BNP Paribas, Kevin spent 18 years at AllianceBernstein as VP and Senior Human Capital Business Partner, focusing on Investment Services and leading talent acquisition efforts post-merger. Early career experiences include positions at HBO as an HR Associate and at Salomon Brothers as a Staffing Representative. Kevin holds an MBA in Management and International Business from New York University.
