Nelly Carlton

Nelly Carlton is an experienced project manager currently serving as Responsable de projet acquisition at BNP Paribas since September 2023 and as Consultante AMOA at ALB Conseil since December 2021. Previously, Nelly held the position of Journey Owner at HSBC from September 2018 to December 2021, where responsibilities included designing and optimizing digital customer journeys for personal loans, conducting Design Thinking workshops, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Nelly also managed a personal project focusing on web development and growth hacking initiatives from 2018 to 2020, and has retail experience from a sales advisor role at H&M, COS, and Primark in 2017. Nelly holds a Master 2 in Digital Business and a Bachelor’s degree with an International Track from the Paris School of Business, along with an earlier qualification in International Commerce from Université Paris-Est Créteil.
