Raphael Aubert

Raphael Aubert is currently the Head of Group HR Consulting at BNP Paribas, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of RISK Consulting and held various key positions within BNP Paribas, including Deputy Head of ITO Financial Security and member of the Basel II Certification team. Raphael's expertise spans human resources, recruitment, team management, risk management, and information systems. They began their career as a Senior Consultant in Risk Management at Ernst & Young and as a Senior Consultant at Accenture. Raphael holds a Master’s degree in Management from NEOMA Business School.
