Uthmaan Solomon

Uthmaan Solomon is a Commercial Analyst at BNRG since June 2022, with expertise in market research and project appraisal using financial models. Previously, Uthmaan served as a Process Engineer at Sasol from January 2015 to August 2021, contributing to plant operations and optimization projects. Uthmaan also held positions in refinery-based projects, focusing on techno-economic studies and process evaluations. An early internship at Sasol involved developing a troubleshooting tool for the Oxygen Plant. Uthmaan holds an MSc in Renewable Energy and Environmental Finance from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, along with CFA Level 2 and Level 1 certifications, and a BScEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cape Town.
