Nilesh Varma

Nilesh Varma has a strong background in engineering and software development, particularly in the field of payments. Nilesh co-founded BNT SOFT in 2011 and served as the Head of Engineering, with a focus on payments. Prior to that, Nilesh worked at ISTS Infotech Solutions Pvt Ltd. as a Project Lead, where they managed and developed software for E-payment business. Nilesh also has experience as a System Analyst at TalentBeat, where they developed POS solutions on various payment devices.

Nilesh Varma attended Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
