Ana Singletary

Ana Singletary, PMP®, is a Senior Director and Head of Employee Engagement in Asset Servicing at BNY Mellon since October 2020, where Ana developed and executed a comprehensive employee engagement strategy for approximately 3,500 global employees, leading to significant improvements in employee sentiment. Prior to this role, Ana held various leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2001 to September 2020, including Chief of Staff for Global Custody Product and Executive Director. Ana's experience encompasses project and program management in global custody, investor services, client services, and operations across multiple teams, including the successful implementation of regulatory initiatives and automation projects. Ana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Boston College.
