Anne Louise Higgins

Anne Louise Higgins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in cyber risk and regulatory affairs within prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as the Global Head of Cyber Risk in the Information Security Division at BNY Mellon since May 2023, Higgins previously held significant roles including Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs at SVB Financial Group and Senior Vice President of Regulatory Relations at Wells Fargo. Experience at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Executive Director for Cybersecurity involved key responsibilities such as IT risk identification and leading regulatory and audit efforts. Earlier in the career, positions at Aon Corporation focused on establishing a global IT risk framework, while KPMG Advisory provided foundational experience in IT audit and advisory services. Higgins holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing Science with a major in marketing from the University of Technology Sydney and has pursued further education at NYU Stern School of Business and Wharton Executive Education.
