Catherine Atkinson

Catherine Atkinson currently serves as Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager II at BNY Mellon since November 2021, having previously held the position of Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting I. Prior to BNY Mellon, Catherine worked at Oak Hill Advisors, L.P. as a Senior Fund Accountant and SPV accountant from July 2017 to October 2021. Catherine's career began at Tolleson Wealth Management as a Senior Tax Associate and Tax Associate, following roles as a tax intern at Huselton, Morgan & Maultsby, P.C., and an accounting and administrative assistant at the Texas State Historical Association. Catherine's early media experience includes positions as features editor and assistant city editor at Waco Tribune-Herald and copy editor at both Abilene Reporter-News and North Texas Daily. Catherine holds a Master of Science in Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, English, and Political Science, both from the University of North Texas.
