Christopher Smalley

Christopher Smalley currently serves as Senior Director and Head of Partnerships at BNY, a position held since 2024. Prior to this role, Christopher held multiple senior positions at Customers Bank from 2020 to 2023, including EVP and Chief Digital Officer, Managing Director for Digital Banking, and Vice President of Strategy & Innovation. Christopher's experience also includes working at Accenture as a Strategy Consultant and Senior Strategy Analyst from 2014 to 2018, and as a Financial Analyst at American Express from 2012 to 2014. Christopher holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and has educational backgrounds from Adelphi University and Bucknell University, as well as completing high school at The Waldorf School of Garden City.
