Emily Kalia

Emily Kalia, NYS PG, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Environmental & Construction Risk at BNY Mellon since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Project Manager at Haley & Aldrich and Langan Engineering & Environmental Services, where duties encompassed project management and environmental services. Emily also worked as Assistant Project Manager at Le Soleil d'Or, overseeing the construction of a luxury boutique hotel and an organic farm in the Cayman Islands. Previous positions include Scientist I at GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc., and various research roles at Jet Propulsion Laboratory, focusing on planetary geology and atmospheric studies. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with a concentration in Geology from Northeastern University, obtained in 2011.
