Gopinath Damam

Gopinath Damam is a Senior Vice President and Senior Automation Architect at BNY Mellon, serving since March 2023. Previously, Gopinath held the position of Vice President of Enterprise Quality Engineering and Automation Architect at Virtusa from September 2013 to March 2023. Additionally, Gopinath became a QEF Charter Member of the Quality Engineering Foundation in February 2024, contributing to the advancement of quality engineering within the industry. Earlier professional experience includes roles as Senior QA Lead at Amphora and Senior Product Assurance Engineer at Cognizant and Invensys. Gopinath began a career in quality assurance and embedded systems at AMD and CMC LTD, respectively. Gopinath holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University, with earlier education in mathematics and science.
