Jeffrey Auer

Jeffrey Auer is a seasoned financial executive and military veteran with significant experience in asset management and leadership. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Group Manager at BNY, Auer oversees bank loan trade settlements in the LSTA and LMA markets, managing a cross-regional team in EMEA and the US. Previously, Auer held various roles at Goldman Sachs, including Vice President and Associate, where responsibilities included managing asset portfolios, enhancing workflow efficiency, and leading teams in cash and liquidity management across multiple strategies. Auer's military background includes over 17 years in the US Army, where roles ranged from Reserve Component Infantry Officer to Projects Officer at the United States Military Academy, focusing on training, leadership development, and curriculum creation. Auer holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
