Joseph Sieczkowski

Joseph Sieczkowski serves as the CIO, Chief Architect, and Head of Data at BNY Mellon since 2017 and is a member of the Management Board of Eagle Access LLC, contributing to a cloud platform that offers portfolio management and analytics solutions. Joseph has been a member of Delaware Resources LLC since 2003 and holds a board member position at Quantexa from September 2021 to April 2025, focusing on contextual AI-driven decision intelligence in Fintech. Previous roles include Senior Managing Director, CTO, and Chief Architect/Engineer at TIAA-CREF from 2011 to 2016, and Managing Director at Bear Stearns from 1999 to 2007. Joseph Sieczkowski holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Lehigh University.
