Karthik Vijayakumar has over 19 years of experience in technology strategy and project management within the financial services domain. Currently serving as Director of Pershing Technology at BNY Mellon since July 2014, Karthik is responsible for technology strategy, transformation, and communications. Previous roles at BNY Mellon include Director of Technology Strategy and Administration and Vice President/Group Manager in Program Management. Prior experience includes positions at iNautix Technologies as Assistant Vice President and Senior Applications Developer, as well as a short stint at Photon Infotech as a Presales/IT Consultant. Karthik holds an MBA in Information Management from SPJIMR and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University.
