Kirk Willoughby-Hudson

Kirk Willoughby-Hudson possesses extensive experience in financial services, currently serving as Payments Product Leader at BNY since May 2023, where responsibilities include leading the design of user experiences for payment applications. Prior to BNY, Kirk held various significant roles at Goldman Sachs, including Global Head of Digital Onboarding & Servicing and Global Head of Servicing in Transaction Banking, where leadership also extended to Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. Kirk's tenure at Capital One included positions as Head of Treasury Management Onboarding, Director of Client Solutions, Director of Strategy & Delivery, and Senior Manager of Project Delivery, focusing on client experience transformation and servicing. Earlier experience includes managing consultant roles at IBM and operational roles at Wachovia. Kirk holds a BS in International Business and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and has further education from ITESM.
